OPPO Heel Pads help reduce the impact on joints and vertebral column.

They also reduce strain on ligaments, muscles and Achilles tendon with an additional heel pad which improves impact absorption by over 45%. They are recommended to relieve heel pain and heel spur.

These heel pads are supplied in pairs and are made of 100% silicone. They can easily be worn in normal shoes.

Hand wash and air dry, then spread with talcum powder. Do not machine dry.
